Lakewood is a small community and it seems that people just trade houses. Reba has been a resident of Lakewood and is familiar with it's unique idiosyncrasies. She is also my friend and has been a neighbor. There wasn't much call for Reba to negotiate - these buyers went directly to their lawyer for their negotiating, so I had too as well. What Reba does well is reassure me of what is normal and to be expected, and what is out of the ordinary and should not be tolerated. I have had Reba as a realtor in the past - so obviously I feel like we work well together and I appreciate that she understands that I want the least amount of interaction and drama possible with the buyers/renters. She is perceptive, organized and professional.
